Ruchi is the AVP and Business Head of ReshaWeaves. She is responsible for ReshaWeaves' finished products segment for the B2B and B2C markets where she closely works with every stakeholder of the natural fibre supply chain be it a weaver, retailer, designer, or corporate. By education, she has done Physics Hons from Delhi university and was one of the top 10 students. For her higher education she studied at NIFT, Delhi.
She has been in the Textile industry for 21 years now. Previously she worked with Aditya Birla, Ralph Lauren, Future Group, JCPenney, to name a few. She has experience and exposure in the domestic and international markets where she has worked closely with stakeholders in the apparel segment.
She is a strong leader in the retail space with experience in the complete end-to-end value chain, starting from sourcing to procurement. She brings the knowledge of working across geographies and various retail formats.
