Sujoy has 22 years of rich experience spanning IT Services and Retail. He has been in leadership roles since 2015. He currently heads the Technology practice at Tim Hortons India. He has been the CTO of Hometown and CIO of Reliance Brands in his previous two stints.
Post his Masters in IT from Symbiosis in 2001, he started off his career as a programmer and he loved coding. Having dabbled in technology for half a decade, Sujoy took a break and did his second masters, this time an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. Straight out of his campus in 2007, Sujoy dabbled in IT Strategy, Business-IT alignment. He grew up differentiating his skills around IT Blueprinting of organizations which were greenfield operations, organizations that had undergone merger and/or organizations that wanted to rationalize IT portfolio.
In his role as CIO since 2015, life has come a full circle, with focus shifting to building solutions. With time and experience, his focus now also includes Program Management and Change Management. Life has never been closer to accountability than ever before.
