Mr. Puru Gupta pursued his MBA from FMS Delhi and has worked in IT & FMCG. His last
corporate stint was at P&G before he dived in the world of entrepreneurship with True Elements.
True Elements is a healthy breakfast & snacks brand that was founded by Puru Gupta and
Sreejith Moolayil in 2014. They make Food That Does Not Lie. Being transparent and
sustainable is a part of the brand’s DNA - hence what you see written as ingredients on the pack
is exactly what’s inside the pack.
Puru & Sreejith had an intention of doing something in preventive health care due to some
personal challenges they faced and thus True Elements came into being.
Puru loves taking up challenges - be it turning around a bleeding business, launching new
categories or building a venture from scratch with the objective of changing people’s habits!
