He was the founding member of Accenture India and a core member of the Financial Services team. He had the opportunity to setup and grow world class Fintech product delivery teams. He has successfully delivered business critical digital transformation programs for global banking and insurance companies.

Vijay is also the Co-founder and Director of Bynocs (http://bynocs.com), a healthcare tech company focused at binocular vision assessment & therapy using innovative cloud- based software solutions backed by scientifically proven and backed by pioneers in ophthalmology.
