He has all round banking experience in branch operations, Credit, Administration, Internal Audit, New businesses, Payments etc. He has been instrumental in the growth of SBI Merchant Acquiring Businesses by setting up the acquiring infrastructure PAN India and led SBI to became one of the largest acquirer of the country. In order to further expand the business and provide innovative offerings and build technological expertise, he led the team through meticulous planning and execution for formation of the Joint Venture between SBI and Hitachi. Considering the immense expertise in the payment’s domain, SBI has entrusted him with the responsibility of leading SBI Payment Services Private Limited as MD&CEO. His vision is to drive digital evolution through product, process and platform innovation by delivering value and differentiation to our customers at affordable price.
