Iman Mutlaq

Her 30-year experience spans across all facets of the financial industry and revenue growth areas. She founded several brokerage firms across the MENA region with billions of dollars in annual trading volume. She is the founder of INGOT Group, a consortium of multinational companies operating across four continents.
She was selected by Forbes as one of the 100 most powerful women in the Middle East and winner of the Top 10 Influential Jordanian Women Competition from among 40 other women of prominence representing all walks of life.
Most recently, she has been on the Forbes list of ‘Women Leading Top Companies in the Middle East’ in 2019.
Mutlaq is known for her vision of leadership, social activism and women empowerment efforts. She has launched six programs in Iraq aimed at supporting 400 women to help advance their careers and contribute to the country’s economic development. Currently, she serves as the president of the International Association for Human Values (IAHV) in Jordan.
