Gagan Jain is a seasoned professional with many years of experience in media, retail and e-commerce within India and abroad including nearly 7 years of entrepreneurial experience in translating corporate vision of MoneySaver (Now Snapdeal) RANGRAGE, TALISMAN, Mad(e) In India and PuzzleDesh to overcome complex business challenges, strengthen internal controls, and deliver on high-impact decisions to derive required market share, revenue and profit. He has worked in companies like Times Of India, Landmark Group, Globus in key positions. Gagan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management and his interests include teaching. He has been actively conducting workshops for business bodies like PHDCCI and has been a visiting lecturer to various reputed B-schools in India and Oman. He was earlier residing in Oman, where he was the country head for a fashion brand.
He is an author of “The Start-up Diaries” a book on new age India start-ups. The book is about Indian start-ups such as Paytm, Redbus & so on in last decade, targeting college kids and giving them information of behind the scene story of start-ups, published by Orient Paperbacks in 2014. It has sold 50000 copies and received positive reviews.
